Wayne Canning, Sales Representative

We are Wayne and Diane Canning and our mission is to assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and to do so every step of the way.   Our long list of clients include people from all walks of live and a wide range of age groups. Since 2009, we have worked extensively with the 55+ crowd helping them with buying, selling, and often transitioning to or from adult style communities and retirement facilities. In addition, our patient approach to helping others has provided us with countless opportunities of working with first time buyers looking for guidance with someone they can trust with the largest investment they will likely make in their lifetimes.  Over the years, trust has also played a large role in helping countless families in making the best decisions in considering their "right-sizing" plans. If You're Selling!
Selling your home is a VERY BIG DEAL!  It is usually the largest financial transaction that most people make in their lifetime.  It can be an emotional process that can be stressful at times.  Whether you're a first-time Seller, or you've been through it before, you will want to make sure you hire a Realtor® that will guide you through all aspects of the selling process.  Our proven process has been developed over several years and includes much more than just listing your home for sale.  Our clients benefit from selling their home more quickly and for more money than if they just had a Realtor® "list their home".  It has not been uncommon for our clients to remark that they didn't think their home would sell for such a high amount!

If You're Buying!
If you are considering Buying a home, you will want to perform due diligence with prospective Realtors® prior to signing a Buyer Agency Agreement.  You should consider the following:

  • Is the Realtor® prepared, and has he/she been proactive to date in providing you with helpful information?
  • Is the Realtor® easy to work with - is there good chemistry between you and them?
  • Is the Realtor® competent in all areas and possess the skills to negotiate the very best deal for you?
  • Does the Realtor® pay attention to details, and are they willing to go the extra mile for you?
  • Is the Realtor® forcing you to sign a binding contract without you having experienced the level of service they provide?
